In the event that your product is faulty/damaged on arrival, please contact our customer service team on the following e-mail address: info@angelchampagne.com within 48 hours of receiving your items. Please ensure items are inspected on arrival, and any damage is written on the delivery providers paperwork.

In the event of a cancellation, you can cancel within 24 hours; anything out of this deadline incurs a 25% handling charge.
